Wellbeing

The wellbeing of Assist Trust members is fundamental to the overall service we provide. This is achieved through supporting members to engage socially with each othe; offering groups (and/or work placements) that provide mental stimulation, as well as providing opportunities to be physically active within group sessions.

All of the groups that we run at Assist Trust support people to improve their wellbeing in some capacity. The following are just some of those group activities that have been running over the past 12 months, which support members in this area:
