Learning Disabilities and Autism – Norfolk County Council survey
Adult Commissioners for Learning Disabilities and Autism at Norfolk County Council would like your help through filling out a short survey.
This survey has been created to understand the needs and wants of people who have low to moderate support needs who attend a day service.
Commissioners are collating information from people who have lived experience, which includes people attending services, parents/carers, and professionals who work in support, care, or education settings.

The survey will close end of day, Friday 16th February 2024.
