Assist Fest 2026

Assist Fest, our family friendly festival, returns this year on Saturday 13th June at our Heath Gardens.

The festival will start at 12pm and finish at 5pm. Feel free to come and go as you please throughout the day…or stay for the whole day!

We have an exciting line up of entertainment and inclusive workshops to get involved with (if you want to!), plus food, face painting, a tombola, a raffle and games.

1pm – Opening speeches

1:15pm – 1:45pm – No Limits Norfolk dance performances – No Limits Norfolk is an inclusive dance and accessible arts company, specialising in individuals with additional needs of all ages. 2pm – 2:45pm – The Foreign Locals – The Foreign Locals love to bring uplifting music, warm energy, and a welcoming atmosphere wherever they go. Pack your dancing shoes!

3:15pm – 3:30pm – Oak Circus Centre performance – The Oak Circus Centre is a hub for circus in Norwich, bringing together youth, participants, enthusiasts, professionals, emerging artists and audiences to share a passion for the circus arts. https://theoakcircuscentre.org/

3:30pm – 4:30pm – Dumbfoundus – The mighty Dumbfoundus return again this year with their signature high energy covers and crowd pleasers. Pack your dancing shoes…you’ll need them!

4:30pm – 5pm – Raffle draw – featuring an incredible list of prizes, Remember, if you’re not in it, you can’t win it…so be sure to get yourself some raffle tickets before the draw
