Housing Support
Assist has its own Housing Officer in post to support people who have ambitions to move into more independent living. Even if Assist has no opportunities in its own properties at that point, Ross will try and help people explore opportunities through his contacts at Norfolk County Council, or by identifying opportunities via other providers.
Assist works on the theory that a planned move is much better than scrambling for emergency accommodation when something goes wrong, so Keyworkers will prompt discussions on the subject without any commitment from anyone initially.
We’re always happy to have a chat about future concerns or future plans.
