Assist Gardens

The “Heath Gardens” project is a true jewel in the crown of Assist service provision.

The whole 2.5 acre site just off Sprowston Road has been lovingly developed over many years to now provide accessible and engaging activities for people with a very wide range of needs. As well as the kitchen and field centre buildings, the site boasts 2 large polytunnels, accessible pathways and raised beds, 2 ponds, a small woodland, meadows and a member’s allotment area.

It is a fantastic place to enjoy fresh air, engage in healthy and productive work and to develop skills in gardening, cooking, sports, conservation, outdoor arts and whatever takes the member’s fancy!
