Life at Assist

No two days are the same at Assist. Members can access such a wide variety of groups and activities that life rarely gets dull!

Depending on the goals people have and the choices they have made with their own timetables, members could be heading off for a sports session, or planning what to make during a cooking session, or starting to set up for a new craft or project group – the list is endless!
