Assist has helped many people over the years to realise their dreams of living more independently, as well as supporting people with all the aspects of life that many of us take for granted.
Jane and Shaun were helped to move into their new house after years of hoping and wishing for the day to arrive. Shaun used to be a member of Assist, but now has a secure job at John Lewis and has no need of day services any longer.
Assist has also been very successful over the years in helping members to make friends, develop relationships, go on holiday, save money for special occasions, access leisure and sports facilities - the things that make life worth living.
